Rebel Reset: UNLV Yoga
Offered in partnership with the Division of Educational Outreach and the Department of Kinesiology and Nutritional Sciences, this virtual class introduces yoga fundamentals including understanding and guiding the body, and connecting breath and mind through postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Yoga promotes a number of health benefits such as increased flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, and concentration. Space is limited so sign up today!
