Rebel Reset: Stress Relief Skills Group
As you participate in this group and use the techniques of self-awareness and self-care that are taught, you will overcome the feelings of helplessness and hopelessness that follow traumatic events, as well as increase your ability to sleep, manage stress, and improve your mood, often significantly decreasing depression and anxiety. And as a result, you will be able to balance the fight or flight response, relax your body, and quiet your mind.
