The Rebel Rec Strength and Conditioning program is a newly structured curriculum that will consist of a 6 week progressive Strength and Condition exercise program. The program will be aimed for intermediate and advanced exercisers meaning all participants must be able to perform bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, and hip hinging. This program will be unique in that the users will be committed for 6 weeks, and will meet twice a week. Each class will be important to attend as we will be implementing new movements and steps each class. Rebel Fitness Assessment will be included prior to program and/or within the first week of the program. This class will be a progression from our strength based Rebel X Classes.


$60 for 6 Weeks. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15-7:45 a.m. starting Oct. 4 and ending Nov. 10.

Admission Information

All participants must be a member of the SRWC.
