Description

Rebel Recharge: A Servant Heart and Philosophy – An Introspective Review of Servant Leadership

Join us on Friday, April 16 for a free virtual workshop: A Servant Heart and Philosophy – An Introspective Review of Servant Leadership, presented by Dr. Tony Terrell, Director of Advising and Recruitment for the UNLV Honors College. Teams, not leaders, truly drive workplace productivity and fortify organization brands. Embracing the James Collins' maxim, "First who, then what” leadership question exemplifies the overarching charge leaders must address before plans are implemented to leverage organizational products and services in desired marketplaces. Servant leadership is a widely used leadership philosophy with an international appeal that thrives when serving team members with empathy and open-mindedness are the primary aims. In this discussion, Dr. Terrell will share service-oriented leadership experiences from his over 18 years of UNLV work experience and core servant leadership pillars to enhance current and future leaders' personal and professional development.
