Rebel Recharge - How the Power of Breath can Relieve your Stress
Join us on Friday, January 14 from 12 - 1 p.m. for this free workshop. Our stress levels are at an all-time high. We endure physical, mental, and emotional stress that keeps our nervous system in a state of fight or flight. Ongoing stress can lead to chronic issues such as back pain, neck pain, insomnia, fatigue, headaches and digestive problems. These are just a few symptoms that can surface. During this presentation, you will learn how practicing deep breathing for five minutes per day can lower your stress levels, reduce anxiety and depression and restore the nervous system to assist in preserving your health.
