Student Union & Event Services (SUES) is pleased to announce "Priority Scheduling" for the 2023-24 academic year.

What is Priority Scheduling?

Priority Scheduling is a predetermined time during the spring semester when SUES invites clients to submit their reservation requests for the following academic year (Aug. 28, 2023 – Aug. 25, 2024). The process provides priority first to RSOs, then to UNLV departments, and finally to external groups. SUES accepts reservation requests for the following spaces on campus:

• Student Union
• Student Recreation & Wellness Center
• Outdoor spaces, including the courtyard, Pida Plaza, Alumni Amphitheater, Academic Mall, Chem Lawn, SRWC lawn, and Intramural Fields
• Classroom spaces for non-academic use (note: classroom spaces are not able to be booked/confirmed until after the second week of fall and spring semesters)

In addition, marketing reservations can also be made during this time.

This Year's Priority Scheduling Timeline

• Registered Student Organizations (RSO): March 13-17 and March 20-24
• RSOs and UNLV faculty/staff/departments: March 27-31
• All RSOs/UNLV and external clients: April 3

During your assigned period, you may submit your requests online through our event services form. Please select the "General Reservation Request Form" under "Reservation Forms."

Note: Priority Scheduling does not guarantee space(s) nor dates, so it is important to include if you are flexible and additional dates.
