Ashfaque Chowdhury is a well-known executive in logistics industry delivering solutions to market leading companies for more than 25 years. He has helped his company grow and build a global brand through exceptional combination of strategic thinking, deep technology insight, operations expertise & commercial acumen. Known for innovation, results orientation and people centered leadership, he lead a $2.5B business with over 30,000 associates across 4 continents.

Until recently Ashfaque was the President of Supply Chain for Americas and Asia Pacific for XPO Logistics, a leading global provider of transportation and logistics solutions. In August 2021, the business was spun off as a new public company GXO Logistics – the second largest contract logistics company the world.

Ashfaque was born in Bangladesh and emigrated to United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds Masters degree and a Ph.D in engineering from Lehigh University, PA. With a strong interest in service, Ashfaque has volunteered for education and charitable institutions. He currently serves on the LEE Business School MBA Advisory Board.
