Brief description of the Distinguished Lecture Series

UNLVPT has established a Distinguished LectureSeries (DLS) to bring the most eminent physical therapy researchers, educators, visionaries, and creative professionals to UNLV for a lecture and a full day of informal discussions with faculty and students. Each year we will have one DLS event with a diversity of topics ranging from cutting-edge physical therapy research and technologies to rehabilitation theory and national/global physical therapy politics. Each DLS event will be sponsored by one faculty member who will choose a Distinguished Lecturer with input from the faculty and students. The UNLVPT DLS will be funded by differential tuition.

This Event is NPTB approved for 1.5 CCU hours
