"Draw something from memory" prompt response by artist Noelle Garcia.

A Drawing a Day Keeps the Pandemic Away is a daily drawing prompt challenge issued by the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art at the start of Nevada’s Stay at Home orders. From March 18th through April 30th, 2020, Barrick staff posted a new prompt on social media. Anyone who wanted could respond to the prompt and tag or email the Museum, who would then share the drawing in the Barrick’s instagram feed. The project served as a way to connect with not only the Las Vegas community, but with the world— with submissions coming from as far away as Australia and Turkey. At the close of the project, all submissions were gathered into several volumes of a digital catalog, thus creating a historical archive of this unprecedented moment.
