Are you ready to burn calories while increasing your metabolic rate? Metabolic Conditioning is a 3 week program in which participants will complete structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. This program will be unique in that the users will be committed for 3 weeks, and will meet twice a week. Participants will expect the following:
- Improved cardiovascular capacity
- Improved hormonal profile
- Caloric burn
This course is for the intermediate to advanced level exercisers.
