In this workshop, we will talk about the intricate dynamics of mentorship across genders. We will discuss how feelings of isolation and impostor syndrome can be difficult to detect, and how they can be amplified when mentoring relationships fail. We will discuss practical ways to navigate these complex relationships.Participants will learn to identify signs of distress across genders.

Learning objectives:
