Dipanjan is a Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research where he leads the branding practice. He writes about brand experiences that are fueled by the customer of the future, who is both defining and being defined by ever-expanding technology frontiers.
Prior to Forrester, Dipanjan was a Senior Vice President at VMLY&R’s brand strategy practice, served as Chief Strategy Officer for a global boutique brand consultancy, and held a variety of strategy, marketing, product, and general management positions at Morgan Stanley, Booz & Co, Fedex Kinko’s and a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. Dipanjan is a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences, and is quoted in and writes for outlets such as AdAge, Adweek, CMO.com, The Drum, Fast Company, Forbes, Fortune, NPR, New York Times, Vogue, and the Washington Post. Dipanjan studied economics at Amherst College (BA magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and marketing and strategy at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business (MBA).
