When starting any kind of organization or business, one needs to know that there is either a need or customer for the product or service being sold or given. If there is no value to the product or service, and if there is no customer willing to buy or use it, then there is no business. The Market Assessment and Customer Discovery workshop will teach you what customer discovery is, why it is important, and the steps needed to get interviews with customers. Through this process, you and your team will find out whether your product or service has potential flaws, as well as if it fits the current market. Join us to hear about these essential steps in making your product or service become a reality!
By participating in this workshop you will:
- Learn how to gain customer feedback about whether your service or product has value
- Understand product-market fit and customer discovery
- Receive pre-planning steps, ways to make contact with customers, and tips on how to conduct interviews with them
