Description
This full day Security Surveillance Series session will include techniques in managing security operations in nightclubs, ultra lounges, pools and similar environments where alcohol and entertainment are provided. Providing adequate security in these environments to comply with, or exceed, the industry standard of care are explored to include policy and procedure, staffing, training and incident management.
Also covered in this information packed program will be the ever increasing risk exposure to Active Shooter incidents in bars and nightclubs and measures that both venues and individuals can take to mitigate incidents and minimize the loss of life. Liability for both the business and the individual hosts and floor personnel will be instructed and demonstrated.
Various video clips will be used for interactive participation for attendees for smart practices in the sexually and entertainment charged venues in today’s market.
