Lee Business School Sustainability Speaker Series: "A Blue Light Special"
Lee Business School invites you to attend the next speaker event in the Sustainability Speaker Series from noon-1:30 p.m. on April 19. Join in a virtual conversation with Vicky Sanchez, Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives with Janssen Supply Chain, LLC at Johnson & Johnson. She will share her insights on the various leadership styles she has encountered. She will discuss how her leadership style has evolved from her first job at Kmart to her current role traveling the world making medicines. She will reflect how her life experiences have shaped and influenced her career journey to becoming a Supply Chain Leader: what has shaped and influenced her style (why driving a bulldozer mattered?), where she has failed, and where she has made a difference.
Vicky Sanchez completed two Bachelor’s degrees (Engineering/Business) from Rice University in 1991, earned an Executive Masters from U of Penn (SEAS/Wharton) in 2008. She has a PMP from Project Management Institute certification since 2008. She has had the opportunity to work in 3 industries (Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Oil) at 3 corporations for 30 years.
Bring your favorite beverage, an open mind, and join Vicky for a discussion that will inspire ideas, provide insights, and encourage you to focus some time on shaping your leadership style.
