The UNLV Marjorie Barrick Museum is pleased to announce the opening of "Painted Pictures," an exhibition of original photographs by famed actor/director/comedian/singer/ philanthropist, Jerry Lewis.

An avid and obsessive photographer throughout his entire lifetime, Jerry Lewis created this unique body of work during the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Known to always have a camera by his side, his knowledge and use of the camera as a vehicle for expression is notably extraordinary. It is the strength of these works that allows this multi-talented entertainer to add the title of “artist/photographer”.

"Painted Pictures" exhibition will run from May 9-August 16

The exhibition is curated by Michele C. Quinn, MCQ Fine Art.
