Description
Investing is an important financial strategy to become financially independent and retire comfortably. Yet only half of U.S. adults invest. This makes sense because past financial crises have made investing look too risky. Investing can also look too complicated and intimidating. Just the terminology of investing is bewildering: stocks, bonds, cryptocurrency, stock markets, and more. What do these investing terms mean? How do you learn and apply them to invest smartly? This workshop will address these questions and more. By participating in this workshop you will:
- Learn important investing terms and how to apply them
- Learn why investing is important to your long-term financial success
- Learn different ways to invest
