Wondering why you would choose to make your research publications open? Wondering about the benefits to authors and others? What are the risks and challenges?

Join Andrea Wirth, scholarly communication libraries, for this workshop which will include a brief discussion about the efforts to make federally funded research available to the public. The workshop will include a discussion on the benefits and potential risks of publishing open access and an overview of new developments in open access publishing, including resources for understanding new federal public access efforts.

Admission Information

Open to faculty, staff and graduate students. Attendance at the "Open Access Part 1" workshop is encouraged, but not required to participate in this workshop. Please register.
