We will inevitably encounter difficult people in our lives and our workplace. In this class, participants will explore the potential causes of difficult behavior and ways to deal with difficult people. Participants will leave this session with usable skills such as the ability to understand tolerance levels and diffuse situations. An understanding of the root causes of difficult behavior and techniques to address each are key takeaways and learning objectives. The facilitator will use a combination of demonstrations, practice sessions in breakout rooms, and real-time feedback to achieve these objectives.
