Research reveals significant gaps between an employee’s performance and a supervisor’s expectations. Learn how to bridge these gaps with a situational approach to leadership and direct supervision. Developed in the 1960s by university professors Ken Blanchard, Paul Hersey, and Dewey Johnson, the Situational Leadership model has helped to provide leaders with practical skills that build trust, foster effective communication, and motivate employees to achieve organizational objectives.
