Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guide your focus, and helps you sustain momentum. Goals also help align your focus, but too often we forget what is needed to progress toward our goals, how they can be measured/assessed, and what we can do to improve upon them. This session will focus on setting goals, actions to promote achievement, and how to continue your personal path forward.
