Summary

In order to be high-performing, teams must have shared vision, alignment of roles and resources, and motivation to achieve their mission together. In this four-part workshop series, team leaders and managers will learn how to support the development of high-performing teams through the lens of Ziksana’s framework (see below). Experiential activities will give participants the opportunity to connect with the content on a deeper level and practice new skills with their peers. Participants will be given tools to use with their teams to improve performance.
