Research shows that while employees want constructive feedback, managers are often reluctant to give it. In the first workshop, participants will learn a three-step model (Environment, Action, Result or E.A.R. for giving effective feedback. In the second workshop, participants will expand upon this skill by applying it to the context of performance coaching conversations. Group activities and role-play scenarios will give participants the opportunity to practice using the tools and models with real-time feedback on their performance.
