Join the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and First-Year Experience (FYE) teams for a relaxation-focused space as you prepare for finals and the end of the semester! The CAPS team will lead students in a mindfulness workshop and activities with time available to share experiences related to the end of the semester.

This is an FYE Connection Award eligible event - first year students can submit their entry for the FYE scholarship after the event. We hope to see you there.
