Composed in 1722, Bach’s Well-tempered Clavier has gone down in history as one of the great artistic and intellectual accomplishments of European history.

The first collection to use all of the major and minor keys, these pieces provide a compendium of the expressive and technical possibilities of keyboard music.

Join School of Music professor Jonathan Rhodes Lee and celebrate the 300th anniversary of this landmark musical achievement!
