This workshop is part of our Grad Rebel Appreciation Week, which celebrates the incredible contribution that graduate students make to the mission of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas through their efforts in research, service, and teaching.

The goal of this presentation is to explore how to create a balance on work, school, and family life (specifically as parents/caregivers). We will do this by centering ourselves among the many priorities within our life.

Topics include: understanding our barriers, creating boundaries, and creating a plan that works for you and your family.
