This workshop is part of our Grad Rebel Appreciation Week, which celebrates the incredible contribution that graduate students make to the mission of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas through their efforts in research, service, and teaching.
The goal of this presentation is to explore the differences between self-care and self-soothing and when to use each in taking care of ourselves. Additionally, we want to support the UNLV community in managing the stress and pressures in their lives by promoting positive thinking and effective coping skills.
Topics include: emotional intelligence, boundaries, and resources for self-care.
