Planning and preparation in advance are essential for successful online classes. This workshop provides graduate students with the nuts and bolts of getting a class ready to be delivered online at UNLV.  Note: Our focus is on pedagogy/andragogy rather than how to use WebCampus.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Assess the design of existing course materials.
  • Set the groundwork to develop a community of inquiry.
  • Plan their course to ensure a manageable workload and pacing.

This workshop has been developed specifically for UNLV graduate students preparing to teach or assist with teaching online courses at UNLV.
