Wayne Belcher with the U.S. Geological Survey will be the featured speaker at an upcoming Department of Geoscience seminar. His talk is titled, "Conceptualization of the Groundwater-Surface Water System of the Tecopa Basin, California and Adjacent Areas in Nevada."
