Speakers: Dr. Thomas Burbey

Dr. Burbey will be talking about how he and his research team includes the surface deformations obtained from global positioning system (GPS), interferometric aperture radar (InSAR) and tiltmeters in his research to better understand aquifer response to pumping for aquifer characterization and the genesis and propagation of earth fissures and how recharge can produce deformation signals that can provide understanding of recharge processes.
