Description

Regardless of your field, at some point in your career, you'll most likely need to know how to give constructive feedback in the workplace. While this is especially true if you manage others, you might also be called on to give this feedback to peers or colleagues. While giving and receiving feedback is a common practice, it can be easier said than done. It is something that many people find challenging and can be tricky to navigate.  Giving constructive feedback effectively can help others on a professional and personal level. With the right approach, feedback is an opportunity to improve morale; provide a clear understanding of goals and expectations; and develop trust and accountability.

By participating in this workshop you will:

  • Discuss the difference between negative and positive feedback
  • Practice forming and delivering constructive, productive feedback
  • Receive tips and tricks to creating respectful, honest, and balance communication
