A committee composed of students, academic and administrative faculty, and classified staff was formed to search for the next VP/CDO in spring 2021. The committee has selected the executive firm Storbeck Search to assist UNLV with the search for this critical campus position.

Storbeck Search will hold virtual meetings to seek input from the faculty, staff and students on the following questions:

• What are the attractions of the position? What is unique and wonderful about UNLV and why would someone want to come?
• What are the top two or three challenges the new CDO will be facing?
• What are the desired attributes and qualities in a new CDO that would help make them successful in the position?
