Dr. David Lagraffe, director of the Office of Proliferation Detection of the National Nuclear Security Administration, will be delivering the keynote lecture of the Spring 2014 Engineering Science Seminar Series. "R&D Challenges for Arms Control Monitoring in the Next Decade" will cover discussion of some of the general themes and roles technology plays in arms control verification, perspectives on the R&D challenges facing treaty verification in the next decade, and examples of the research the NNSA's Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation is sponsoring in support of arms control treaty verification.
