With the facility being closed, let’s not allow our duffle bags and backpacks collect dust. Let's put them to use! Try this workout from one of our personal trainers @nicoco_shania. She has included a body weight quad exercise as a bonus! Grab a scale to adjust the amount of weight in your duffle bag!
