Join your colleagues in a hands-on, highly interactive session about planning and facilitating meetings that promotes trust and engagement. During this course, participants will be introduced to Ziksana’s Engagement & Trust Framework. Participants will utilize applied improv games and group activities to practice new skills related to engagement and trust. Group discussions and peer coaching will aid in the integration of knowledge and skills that will be used in the workplace. During the session, participants will also have the opportunity to apply the framework to one challenge they are currently facing when leading virtual meetings.

About the Trainer
Laura has a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She spent 7 years working in customer service before discovering her passion for leadership development and organizational psychology. Her approach to leadership development is primarily based on her expertise in compassionate communication and unique background working with leaders in non-traditional environments (ropes courses, backpacking trips). Laura has worked in leadership development for the past 3 years. She got her start at the University of San Diego where she facilitated half-, full-, and multi-day leadership development programs for employees, managers, and senior leaders of public and private sector companies. Since joining Ziksana in 2019, Laura has designed and facilitated workshops on conflict resolution, driving engagement virtually, thriving in ambiguity, managing team motivation, and more.
