Join us for the fifth annual Diversity Research and Mentorship Reception. This event annually showcases undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and faculty/staff who are from diverse backgrounds and/or whose research is on diversity. Diversity is defined broadly and includes, but is not limited to, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, age, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ideologies, and physical abilities. This year there will be an undergraduate and graduate student and postdoctoral scholar poster session, lunch, faculty and student panel, and table fair for campus multicultural organizations.
2019 Schedule
- 10:45 am: Check-in
- 11–11:30 am: Poster Session, Table Fair, and Lunch
- 11:30 am–12:20 pm: Faculty and Graduate Student Panel
- 12:20–12:35 pm: Q&A
- 12:35–1 pm: Poster Session, Table fair, and Raffle
If you are an undergraduate or graduate student or postdoctoral scholar and you would like to participate in the Diversity Research and Mentorship Reception Poster Session please complete this brief registration form by Monday, September 30. The focus of the poster session is on highlighting undergraduate and graduate students who are from diverse backgrounds and/or who conduct research on diversity.
