The Office for Faculty Affairs will host a presentation and panel discussion on Guiding Principles for Developing Non-Tenure Track Promotion Standards. The session will discuss topics to consider when initiating the process, tips for creating an inclusive process, and important items to include when drafting promotion standards. Examples of promotion standards will be shared as well as other resources to assist units/departments. (You can learn more about these resources here.) Panelists will share their experiences, including challenges and successes, as well as recommendations.
