The Cultural Leadership Retreat (CLR) is a three-day, two-night weekend with interactive workshops designed to facilitate students understanding of diversity, multiculturalism, and social justice to explore leadership within a diverse society. Students attending the Cultural Leadership Retreat must come prepared to engage in activities that will challenge their concept of diversity, multiculturalism, and social justice with respect to privilege, oppression, social identities, and shared experiences. Participants will be actively engaged in their own self-awareness and will develop strategies to foster positive change in the UNLV campus community.

**The Cultural Leadership Retreat is a unique opportunity designed for participants who are already engaged in diversity, multiculturalism, and/or social justice work. This is not recommended for participants who want to begin to explore the concept of diversity for the first time.

The Cultural Leadership Retreat will take place from Fri., Feb. 24, 10 a.m. until Sun., Feb. 26, 3 p.m. The retreat will be taking place at Potosi Pines Camp in Las Vegas.
