The ability to manage stress is a practice that begins well before you find yourself in a difficult situation. Cultivating health habits like time management, restful sleep, physical exercise, mindfulness, and compassion — can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Join us for a discussion on managing stress through graduate school, using your time efficiently and wisely, and learn about the various resources and services available on campus.
By participating in this workshop you will learn:
- Learn tips and tricks for managing stress
- Learn about services on campus that offer support (CAPSs, Student Wellness Center, etc.)
