Join us to learn how to have a smarter and less stressful semester. Our panelist will discuss how they are able to manage pressure and stress and offer recommendations for coping with stress. Learn about resources and services on campus. 

By participating in this workshop you will learn:

  • Learn tips and tricks for managing stress
  • Learn about services on campus that offer support (CAPSs, Student Wellness Center, etc.)
