Description

Attendees in this workshop will examine significant approaches to addressing employee performance issues using measurement criteria and constructive feedback. These tools will be applied to cases where employees are resistant, in denial and/or are producing a negative impact on an overall workforce team. Strategies for conversational exchanges will be emphasized along with the practical application of an ‘interest based’ approach to preventing/resolving fractured relationships.
