In order to be high-performing, teams must have shared goals, alignment of roles and resources, and motivation to achieve their goals together. In this 4-part workshop series, participants will learn how to support the development of high-performing teams through the lens of Ziksana’s framework (below). Participants will begin by self-assessing their team’s current areas of strength and challenge and will be given tools in the following sessions to begin improving problem areas within their sphere of influence. Interactive, playful activities will provide participants with the opportunity to build community and connect with the content on an experiential level. Peer accountability and assignments will help participants try new things and apply their learning between sessions.
