For our eight installment we are excited to welcome back our very own Chef Mark Sandoval! In this episode, Chef Mark will be showing us how to make Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Alfredo with Caesar Salad. As this is the first Friday of the Fall 2020 semester, we wanted to take you back to your college days and pay tribute to Freshmen and their parents by making a simple, comfort food style dish.
Chef Mark has been in the kitchen for over 20 years, winning accolades with M Resort, and honing his skills under Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining as Executive Chef for Postrio. During this time, Chef Mark began working with students at UNLVino and discovered he loved teaching. Chef Mark was named the Harrah College of Hospitality Executive Chef in 2016.
