For our fifth installment we are excited to have UNLV Chef; Chef Marc Ty. Chef Marc will be showing us how to make Pan Seared Chicken with Mustard Sauce!
Native to Las Vegas, born and raised, Chef Marc has worked in the Culinary industry for 10 years. This year Chef Marc competed in the 2020 IKA Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany as one of the Sous Chefs for the National Culinary Olympic Team where the team received a Silver and Bronze Medal. Chef Marc also began working for UNLV this year as the newly appointed Chef for the Fertitta Football Complex cooking for the UNLV Student Athletes.
