For our fourth installment we are excited to have Chef Jessica Gordon from Chef’s Warehouse. Chef Jessica will be showing us how to make BBQ Ribs and Mac & Cheese.
Chef Jessica started working in kitchens at 14 years old and has worked in numerous restaurants, hotels & casinos on and off strip for the past 17 years including Wolfgang Puck, MGM Grand, Aria, Monte Carlo and Bellagio. Chef Jessica is not only a graduate of the UNLV Harrah College of Hospitality but is also a former chef instructor for the college. Chef Jessica now works for Chef's Warehouse, providing a wide range of high quality ingredients to chefs and restaurants in Las Vegas.
