For our second episode we are excited to have UNLV Hospitality College Chef Instructor & Lecturer, Chef Christopher Lindsay, M.Ed. who will be teaching us how to make Bulgogi Style Shrimp Tacos!
Chef Chris has over 19 years of industry experience and has worked on several high profile events such as the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, “Dinner and A Movie: Super Chef Cook Off” TBS special with Chef Todd English, and the second and third season of “Turn up the Heat” with Chef G. Garvin. Chef Chris began instructing at the Harrah College of Hospitality in 2011.
