Description
In the spirit of Claes Oldenburg's The Store (1961), Commodified features the work of Department of Art MFA candidates exploring contemporary art and consumerism in the context of Las Vegas. The site-specific installation will be presented in the front gallery space of GRS, a renovated Old Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant facing Maryland Parkway and current home to the UNLV Graduate Art studios. Curated by the MFA Curatorial Team.
