Chill and Stretch LIVE with Ava
Dive deep into your body with this 30 minute stretch and chill class led by Ava. Students will be led through a centering followed by stretching poses to work deep into the connective tissue and relieve tension. A strong emphasis on guided breath work will accompany each movement and pose. This class will help open up the heart and body with spine and hip opening postures.
