Over a span of 30+ years with companies including Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer and Hewlett Packard, Ross has held a variety of executive positions in sales, operations and general management in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific markets.
At Hewlett Packard, Ross served as Vice President of Sales for the company’s Consulting and Strategic Services Division, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the company’s business growth in the Public Sector, Retail, Supply Chain and RFID market sectors. In this role, Ross developed and executed sales and service delivery strategies with clients including Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy and other retail and manufacturing corporations.

Additionally, Ross has held CEO positions for multiple Venture Capitalists led start-up companies, where he was responsible for developing and executing start-up and growth strategies in the telecommunications, retail and transportation sectors.

Upon his retirement, Ross embarked on a second career of writing, which has resulted in authoring three books, thus far, and providing advisory services to start-up and emerging companies.

Ross holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgia Southern University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Georgia. Additionally, he has completed executive development programs at the Wharton School of Business, Babson College, Harvard University and the University of Michigan.
