Maximizing the Value of Tribal Gaming Enterprises is a 4-part program from UNLV’s International Center for Gaming Regulation. Through a series of expert-led sessions, this program offers attendees the opportunity to dive deep into the complexities of tribal gaming operations, assess financial capabilities and create a strategy for the future.

This program will begin on February 17 and consists of three virtual sessions with a final hybrid session with both Zoom and in-person attendance options on March 31, 2022.

Attendees of this comprehensive seminar program will learn the nuances and specifics of tribal gaming financials, including:

  • How to diversify a tribal gaming/investment portfolio, including assessing opportunities and preparing for diversification options
  • Understanding the ins and outs of financial capabilities, with an overview of financial basics and risk and debt management
  • How casino operations can and should be monitored and measured – using data and experience to uncover revenue and savings opportunities

Maximizing the Value of Tribal Gaming Enterprises falls under the ICGR’s Financial and Tribal programming tracks.

It is presented in partnership with the team of experts at GGH Morowitz (Morowitz Gaming Advisors and Global Gaming & Hospitality Capital Advisors), including:*

This program takes place over four Thursdays in February and March 2022:

  • Session 3: Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Pacific) on Zoom
  • Session 4: Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Pacific) on Zoom & In Person

Enrollment is for all four sessions; partial enrollment is not permitted for this particular seminar. All participants who successfully complete the four sessions will receive a certification of completion from the University of Nevada Las Vegas - International Center for Gaming Regulation.

  1. In the event a course is canceled, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund of their registration fee.
  2. A service fee of Twenty Percent (20%) will apply to all participant initiated cancellations received three or less days prior to the event.
  3. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds granted for credit card charges will be credited to the original account charged. No refunds will be given in the event of “No Shows.” Refunds may take up to 3 weeks for processing.
